1. Valid passport with at least 3 months of validity after the scheduled return and at least 2 blank pages.
2. Two passport-size photographs.
3. Previous passport.
4. Personal covering letter.
5. No objection letter from employer.
6. Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros or 50,000 USD per person.
7. Flight reservation.
8. Proof of accommodation.
9. Financial documents:
- If employed:
- Last 3 months' salary slips.
- Last 3 months' personal bank statements.
- Personal ITR acknowledgment for the last 2 assessment years.
10. Photocopies of the first and last pages of the passport.
11. Invitation letter/letter from the university.
